- The Value of Drills and Community Partners: Enhancing Safety and CollaborationWe’re thrilled to have the Colwood Fire Department joining us as our guest speakers! Their expertise and dedication to keeping our communities safe make them invaluable partners, and they’ll be sharing how we can work together to enhance safety in our recreation spaces. From the power of effective drills to building strong community partnerships, to a hands-on discussion on fire suppression and practice using a fire extinguisher, they’ll bring real-world insights and inspiring stories that highlight the critical role we all play in emergency preparedness. Get ready to learn practical tips, ask questions, and walk away feeling empowered to create safer environments for everyone we serve!
