Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be provided for cancellations made before April 10, 2026. Please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted for payments made by credit card and a 5% processing fee will be deducted for payments made by cheque.

Cancellations made after this date will be subject to full payment of all fees.

Important Notes

  • The online booking link is available for conference-rate stays checking in on April 20, 21, or 22, with checkout on April 23. If you wish to arrive before April 20 or stay beyond April 23, please contact the hotel directly
  • If a room type isn’t showing online, availability may be limited — call or email the hotel to check.
  • Bookings made through third-party websites (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) will not qualify for the discounted group rate and must be managed directly through those companies.

 

⏰ Room Block Deadline

The guestroom block is held until Thursday, March 19, 2026 (pending availability).
If rooms remain after the cut-off date, the hotel will continue to extend the group rate until the block is nearly sold out.
