How Online Voting Works
RFABC uses Simply Voting, a secure online voting system that allows eligible members to cast their ballot easily and confidentially.
1. Watch for your voting email on March 25, 2026
When the election opens, eligible members will receive an email from Simply Voting containing a unique voting link.
2. Open your ballot
Click the link in the email to access the voting page. No login or account setup is required.
3. Review the candidates
You will see the list of positions being voted on and the candidates running for each role.
4. Make your selections
Choose your preferred candidate for each position.
5. Submit your vote
Click Submit to cast your ballot. You will see an on-screen confirmation that your vote has been successfully recorded.
6. Your vote is confidential
Simply Voting separates voter identity from ballots. RFABC can see who has voted, but never how anyone voted.
7. Voting closes March 31, 2026
Each eligible member may vote once during the election period.

Didn’t Receive Your Voting Email?
When voting opens on March 25, eligible RFABC members will receive a secure voting link by email from Simply Voting.
If you do not see your voting email:
• Check your junk or spam folder
• Confirm your membership email address is up to date in PheedLoop
• Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive after voting opens
