The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre during the RFABC Conference on April 30, 2025.

The order of business at Annual or Special General Meetings shall be as follows:

  • Reading and Adoption of Minutes of last General Meeting.
  • President’s Report
  • Treasurer’s Report
  • Reading of Financial Statements
  • Reports, written only, of all Executives.
  • Reports, written only, of all Directors.
  • Reports of Committees
  • General Business

  • The definition of the Treasurer’s position
  • The Annual Financial Review process
  • Clarification of the nominating process and committee
  • The revised Code of Ethics
