This presentation will give you short introduction to  Psychologically Safe and Healthy Workplace (PSHW) with  emphasis on the education component will provide insight on why and how RFABC can be a leader in establishing a culture of PHSW.  Learn about Responding with Respect™ a selection of affordable workshops that  can accelerate a PHSW culture.  Responding with Respect™ workshops apply the 4R’s™, a  trauma informed approach to better equip leaders and employees to recognize the cues that a coworker or citizen may be struggling  with a mental  health challenge, and ensures they have the skills to respond using safe and supportive communication.  More info …
